Ventilation additional resistance characteristics of perforated curtain wall

Studies the additional resistance characteristics of ventilation system caused by perforated curtain wall using the method combining model experiment with numerical calculation, and analyses the variation rule of additional resistance coefficient. The results show that the additional resistance coefficient decreases exponentially with the increase of installation distance, and the wind speed in the pipe and the size of perforation are independent. When the perforation rate is 20% to 50% and the installation distance is 100 to 1 000 mm, the relationship between additional resistance coefficient and installation distance can be expressed as Δζ=Aexp(BL).
